Terms of Use

These terms and conditions govern the use of this website and the vehicle rental services provided by Vehicle Rental.

1. Booking Requests

Online booking requests do not require credit card payment or online deposit. All requests are initially set to pending status until confirmed or finalized at our offices.

2. Payment at Branch

The full rental amount is payable at our office counter upon vehicle pickup via physical credit card or cash.

3. Driver Requirements

Drivers must present a valid identity document (ID or passport) and an original driving licence with at least 1 year of validity, and be at least 21 years old.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Customers may request modifications or cancellations of their bookings with at least 24 hours notice without any penalty.
